I couldn’t think of a title!

I finally got out to BestBuy today to get myself a physical (and legal) copy of the Psychostick CD earlier tonight, and I just have to say that I love the packaging! I decided to post (crappy camera phone) pictures of it to share.

XBAWRX 360 WIN

Awesome! I just won a copy of Castle Crashers from Xbox360Fanboy.com! It was a random drawing and I was one of six people selected to recieve a download code for the game. I had already bought it yesterday so I gave the code to my friend. We played a lot of it yesterday and he really enjoyed it. Online co-op will be awesome!

Three weeks ago I was picked as fourth place winner and got 1000 Microsoft points in Xbox.com’s GTAIV sweepstakes that they ran around the launch of GTAIV. That also came out of nowhere to suprise and excite me.

I never win these kinds of things, so both happening so close to each other is kind of strange. I’m not complaining, though! The last contest I can remember winning is a cake walk at a church picnic. I only tried because my sister was bugging me to try it, and I won a cake on that first entry.

compruders r h8.

Off and on for the past couple of weeks I’ve been working on creating a super optimized and up-to-date Window XP install CD.

Long story short - I kept starting over because the network file sharing wasn’t working when I was testing it in VMWare.

Turns out it was all because of some issue between VMWare and my network controller’s drivers. VMWare doesn’t play well with “Offload TCP_LargeSend” enabled on my NIC.

So, basically, all I’m really trying to say is that I hate compruders. They like to waste my time.

BLAWG

I, for some reason, felt compelled to revitalize this old blog of mine. To kick things off, here’s a bunch of random thoughts and facts.

I’m playing WoW… again… for like the fifth time now. I might actually keep up with it this time, though, since I have friends that actually play WITH me.
Psychostick is the greatest band you’ve never heard of. Go listen to them!
I now have a very short mohawk on the top of my head.
The new Slipknot album is good.
I kind of want to get back into web coding but I don’t think it’ll go anywhere. I never have any ideas or focus.
The seventh and final season of The Shield premieres in one week, and I’m soooo ready.
I need to clean my room and format my compruder.
